Which package works for Zillow Showcase?
The Pro Package is perfect for a Zillow Showcase if you choose to do one, and Pro + Social Media Reel is compatible with Zillow Showcase requirements.
Do you shoot neighborhood amenities?
Yes. Amenities within a 10 minute drive are included for free. Farther drives may be an additional cost. Just tell us what to capture when you book.
How does virtual staging work?
$15 per photo, plus $15 a photo if the room needs decluttering first. We'll message you to pick which photos to stage.
Does the social media reel include drone?
The stand-alone Social Media Reel includes drone. The package-deal reel includes drone footage when you've also ordered aerial photos or video.
Can I plan an agent-on-camera moment?
Absolutely. With The Premium Package, send us your inspiration and we'll work with you ahead of time to plan it out.
